esprima-next -> fork for development and npm package

As I get no answers to my questions here, for example #2078
Nothing really happens (okay, some pulls are merged, but no npm package created)

I've started a fork at:
https://github.com/node-projects/esprima-next

Who want's to join? Question to you (or others)

I've merged all pulls, changed default to esm module (think most would use this today), updated all npm packages,
disabled the not workin style&coverage checks atm.

I think we should also look at fork of https://github.com/Contrast-Security-Inc/esprima
They seem to have many fixes not in esprima yet (see: main...Contrast-Security-Inc:master)
