Build: Update minimatch to 10.2.6

Applied by `npm audit fix`. This is simply a selective applying of
what a fresh `rm -rf node_modules package-lock.json; npm i` would do
because `rimraf -> glob` uses `minimatch": "^10.1.1"` so this was
already within range, but this a more minimal change for now.
