Custom Download for Popups 1.4.2 broken

The custom download build for Popups + Popuparrows makes the popup initialise correctly, but the click event does not fire the animation. No errors produced. Using the full download's popup works correctly, but requires work-arounds to use only the popups and not the entire library.

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
