py-linq is out of date

Describe the bug
A clear and concise description of what the bug is.
Due to py-linq pinning future to v0.18.2, which is out of date for newer python versions, I have had some issues with some tooling I use. Since this packages only seems to be used in a few instances, it might be better to remove it and replace it with simpler python.

I have in-progress code for this so I'll submit a PR when I have time.
