Links not working with BitBucket Server

BitBucket server does not support hash links to headers. Their HTML does not render out any IDs or anchor tags for headings to be linked to. Similar to what the default dmd does, can there be an option to include anchor tags above each of the headings?

Hi @KyleRoss ... if you understand how plugins work and a bit of handlebars, I think you could you could fork this dmd-bitbucket plugin and have a play.. I'm active on another project atm so not quite ready to work on this..
