Problems with copy paste values

We want to copy 100 into currency input - it becomes 1.00, 100.00 becomes 100.00, wrong behaviour. We need to protect user from removing . in another way. Currency input should use manual onKey* and onPaste events instead of just onChange.

This sounds like reading the mind of the user, rather than having defined behavior. If I paste 1952, do I want 19.52 or 1952.00 ?
