1. Inconsistent Sidebar Hover Animation

In most sections like Specification or Docs, the sidebar items have a smooth animation when hovered over. However, on the Tools page, this hover animation is missing.

Expected:
Smooth transition effect on hover across all sections, including Tools.

Actual:
Tools page sidebar lacks hover animation, resulting in inconsistent UX.

2. Accordion Behavior – Multiple Dropdowns Open

In the Tools page sidebar, multiple dropdowns (e.g., "Language", "Tooling Type") can be expanded at once:

Expected:
Standard accordion behavior: only one section open at a time to reduce clutter and improve usability.

Describe the solution you'd like

• Apply consistent hover animation styles for the Tools page sidebar.

• Limit dropdown behavior so that only one section can be open at a time, like a true accordion.

Hey @chauhan-varun, thanks for bringing up the issue. I implemented the hover effects for both the Docs and Tools pages. While working on the Docs hover effect, I received feedback that it distracted from the previously clean look of the docs. Based on that, I refined the design limiting the effect to only the text resizing and applied the improved version to the Tools page. As a result, the two hover effects are currently inconsistent, but this will be resolved in Phase 4 of the ongoing GSoC project, which focuses on the Docs components

Thanks for openinig the issues but we are not planning to add more UX enhancements for now.
