On Hover sidebar SVG Icon not rotating

Steps To Reproduce

1. Go to https://json-schema.org/implementers/interfaces
2. Side panel click on Guides there the icon is not rotating

Expected Behavior

It should work same as other Sidebar

This issue was actually discussed earlier in #1559 and is planned to be addressed as part of the ongoing GSoC project (#1654).
