Describe the bug

Currently, there is an error in the website when we go to the footer and like, dislike section.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Go to Specificaiton page.
2. Scroll Down
3. Click on the Like button once, it will open the feedback form.
4. Then clicking on like again does not toggle that feedback section.

Expected Behavior

Double clicking the like section on the footer should toggle that feedback form as someone might have clicked the like button accidentally and when he tries to undo that mistake its not happening.
