[📝 Docs]: Fix various documentation typos, formatting, and grammar issues

What Docs changes are you proposing?

While reviewing the documentation, I noticed several minor typos, markdown syntax formatting errors, and grammatical issues that could be improved for clarity and correctness.

Specifically:

• CONTRIBUTING.md: Missing backtick for an inline code snippet (#jsonschema), incorrect backslashes instead of forward slashes in file paths, and typography spacing issues.

• CONTRIBUTING-docs.md: Misspelled Slack channel name (#anouncements instead of #announcements).

• INSTALLATION.md: Lowercase sentence beginnings ("you can...") and a missing word in a sentence ("changes visible" -> "changes will be visible").

• pages/blog/posts/hyperborea.md: Repeated word ("the the").

• pages/specification-links.md: Repeated word ("the the").
