🐛 Bug:Clicking section header scrolls to top and highlights all headers

Describe the bug

When clicking a section header (for example Schema, Instance, Dialect, EvaluationOptions) from the page, the page scrolls to the top/header instead of the selected section. Additionally, all section headers appear highlighted instead of highlighting only the active header.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Go to the https://json-schema.org/implementers/interfaces
2. Scroll down to the section headers (Schema, Instance, Dialect, etc.).
3. Click on any section header.
4. The page scrolls to the top and all headers become highlighted.

Expected Behavior

The page should scroll to the selected section. AND Only the active section header should be highlighted.
