🐛 Bug: Broken link pointing to non-existent path in cross-project-council repo

Describe the bug

A link on the JSON Schema website points to a file path that
does not exist in the openjs-foundation/cross-project-council
repository, resulting in a 404 page not found error.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Visit the JSON Schema website and follow Docs/Code of Conduct
2. Click the link pointing to:
   conduct/FOUNDATION_CODE_OF_CONDUCT_REQUIREMENTS.md
   in the openjs-foundation/cross-project-council repository
3. Page returns a 404 error

Expected Behavior

The link should navigate to a valid, existing page.

Actual Behavior

404 - page not found

"The branch of cross-project-council does not contain
the path conduct/FOUNDATION_CODE_OF_CONDUCT_REQUIREMENTS.md"
