Update 8/26/20 RaftLib kernels that implement the StarFlow backend have been added to /backend, along with a program to benchmark it from in-memory datasets.
Update 8/21/20 The reference P4-tofino dataplane implementation has been added to /starflowCache/tofino. It originally ran on SDE 8.X.
