Add game page features

Missing features for the game view

• Name field editable
• Description field added, editable
• Settings panel in sidebar for game owner
• Participants list
• Participants last seen
• Invite link creation
• Invite link acceptance (blocked on Add redirect-to state if redirected to login page #74)
• Chat username from participants list, and load user profile
• Re-add command parser which previously lived in sagas
