Some data is incomplete on Cognition.run but Prolific says participant finished the experiment

Hello!

I have an issue specifically related to the interaction between cognition.run and Prolific. The data of 10 participants from 50 in total appears to be incomplete, although on Prolific they have received the code and show to have completed the study. I followed the Youtube video by Josh when setting the experiment up on cognition.run and inserting the link from a Prolific in my code. Any ideas why this might be happening?
