video not appearing

Hi,

I am trying to play a video. I was able to do this is jsPsych version 6.1.0. However, I upgraded to version 6.3.0 and now it doesn't work.

I am assuming that the plugin works as the preamble appears. I attached a screenshot of what is going on.

I also tried preloading it but I got an error (ERR 206 Partial Content). I'm not sure if that helps.

Can you share the code for the trial? Have you preloaded the video content at all?

Yeah I believe I did, though, maybe it wasn't done correctly. I'm not sure whether this is relevant but the video files range from 7 MB to about 30 MB.

Hi @Geoff-McK, I don't see the preload trial on your main experiment timeline. Can you try putting it on the timeline somewhere before the video_trial?
