RDK: differentiating between stimulus duration and trial duration?

Hi everyone!
Is it possible to differentiate between stimulus duration and trial duration in the rdk plugin? My trial should ideally look like this: 250 ms stimulus(rdk) with a max. allowed response time of 2000 ms (+ response can end the trial). I understand that stimulus_duration allows me to set for how long the rdk-stimulus is displayed. I was wondering however, if there was a straightforward option to set trial duration and stimulus duration independently. Thank you for your input!
