Exclusion message's language

Hi everyone,

Is there a way to change the default message for browser exclusions? If not possible, I think it would be a good improvement for people who do experiments in a language other than English.

I'm talking about this part of the main jspsych code:

Hi @GEJ1! I absolutely agree that this message should be part of the jsPsych initialization parameters for better language support.

@jodeleeuw I think we'd planned to look at language support issues in 7.1 - is that right? Or should I add this to 7.0?

I think we should wait for 7.1, given that it'll be a quick release after this one.

I wonder if the simplest way to solve this is by moving the exclusions code to a plugin, like we did with preloading.
