issue with downloading the data from cognition run

Hi,
I recently had a problem with downloading my data. when i finish the experiments (doesn't matter on my server or an external server), the data that is saved in cognition run, doesnt show the data in some colums (it gives emty strings while i coded 0 and 1 for accuracy), however, when the data authomatically shows up on the screen (still doesn't matter on which server), the data is exactly the way that i designed it to be.
