How to limit the participants' access to the experiment again

Deal all,
I am trying to program an experiment on cognition.run where a participant can fill out my questionnaire. To insure every questionnaire more credible，the effect I want to achieve is that each participant can only take part in my experiment once. That is to say, I would like to limit the participants' access to my experiment again based on their equipments or IP address.
If someone has an idea how this might work, I would be very thankful.
