video stimuli loading very slowly

My stimuli are talking two minutes to load between trials. I am preloading using this code on JsPsych 6.3.1

So i see in the developer tools that i can set 'override_safe_mode' to true. in JsPsych.init. Is there a way to do this in JsPsych 6.3.1?

Yes, you can do this in 6.3.1. I don't think it will help this particular problem because safe mode only applies when jsPsych is loaded on a local disk through a file:// protocol. Since you are on cognition.run it won't have any effect.

I tried loading your experiment above but it won't load. I think you have syntax errors near jsPsych.init():

This is being flagged because the call to initJsPsych() has a closing paren , but you are trying to create an object. It should look like this:

const jsPsych = initJsPsych({
    use_webaudio: false,
    override_safe_mode: true,
    on_finish: function(){
        jsPsych.data.displayData();
    }
});

But it also looks like you are using version 7.0 (initJsPsych()) and 6.3.1 (the plugins are all declared with string types) at the same time. This won't work, so just check to verify that you are being consistent with the version that you've elected to use.

sorry. I am trying to migrate it to jspsych 7.0. I am in the process of doing that now. That is why it won't load. It should work now
