using csv file for maxdiff experiment

Dear all,
I do really appreciate it if anybody can help how to use a csv file to read the alternatives of maxdiff from? I watched the video on using csv file to first convert it to json. What I could not find a way for, largely because of being new to jspsych, is how to define the alternative variable in the csv file so that json can read it as used in maxdiff demo in jspsych. I wonder if anybody can help.
