Create timeline variable on the basis of previous trials

Hi all,

I am trying to assign as stimuli for a plugin the responses from the previous 4 trials in my experiment. This is for a card sorting game, so people have 4 piles to sort and then they have to re-sort the piles they have done into new piles.
I know that I can achieve something like this with the on_start by trial, but that would require me to specify several trials separately. I would like to provide the responses from the first 4 trials as a timeline variable. I think it should look like this:

    timeline: [{
        type: 'free-sort',
        (...)
        stimuli: jsPsych.timelineVariable('response')}],
    timeline_variables: [],
    on_start: function() {
        var data = jsPsych.data.get().last(4).values() //here there is a 'response'
        timeline_variables: data,
    }
}

Do you know if something like this is possible?
