I have just run a study with 30 participants on Prolific and after downloading the data from Cognition, I've found that data from 20 of the participants was incomplete/lost. I have confirmed with all of the participants that they did, indeed, finish the task, so the error is definitely on my end. I have read through a few related discussions (#1850) but I'm not sure this error with the data not saving should be an issue with version 7.0.
Is there something I can add to on_finish() to ensure that the data is saved before the participant clicks on the link at the end and is redirected to Prolific? Would the async function call described in this tutorial be relevant to use here?

Thanks in advance.
