Add other other OIDC providers for self hosted private registries.

I would also like to be able to publish from GitLab, as i prefer to keep all my code there instead of here on github...

First-class GitHub support is nice, most people will use it.

But there's a long tail of other git hosts and deploy pipeline providers, generic OIDC support for publishing packages should support most if not all of them.

Support for this landed in npm relatively recently too https://github.blog/changelog/2025-07-31-npm-trusted-publishing-with-oidc-is-generally-available/

I'm personally interested in being able to publish from tangled.sh's Spindles https://blog.tangled.sh/ci
