Describe the bug
When searching for "approval signals" on https://docs.temporal.io/, the search
results include multiple sections from the tutorial "Building Durable MCP Tools With Temporal".
All of the returned section links lead to a "Page Not Found" error when clicked.
All links result in a "Page Not Found" (404) error. It appears that https://docs.temporal.io/tutorials/ai/building-mcp-tools-with-temporal/adding-hitl-to-mcp-tools/#step-3-adding-signals-for-human-approval (and other sections) has moved to
https://learn.temporal.io/tutorials/ai/building-mcp-tools-with-temporal/adding-hitl-to-mcp-tools/#step-3-adding-signals-for-human-approval but it hasn't been updated in some places.

Open the search bar
Search for "approval signals"
Click any of the following results listed under "Building Durable MCP Tools With Temporal":
