Touchpad scrolling gets destroyed by kanata v10. How can I fully stop mouse interception?

Specifically smooth-scrolling becomes choppy and very fast in software like CLion (even when not elevated), it works ok on most browsers.

I've tried to use:

(defcfg
  windows-interception-mouse-hwids-exclude (
    "70, 0, 60, 0"
    "71, 0, 62, 0"
  )
)

A temporary workaround is turning off process-all-unmapped in defcfg which stopped kanata installing the mouse hook. I'd still love if smooth-scroll becomes possible with this option turned on tho.

But I cannot for the life of me figure out how to get the device ID from the debugger or device manager... 😅

Ideally I'd like to have all keys intercepted but the lack of smooth scrolling really hinders me.
