Hold key indefinitely?

Hi. I've been using kanata for a bit, and I'm really loving it, but there's a feature I'm looking for that I can't see how to implement.

I've been having some issues with repetitive strain lately, and I'd like to be able to press a key and have that key be held until it is pressed again. The only thing I can see that gets close to that is one-shot, but it seems like a timeout is required. Is there a way to implement this in my layout?
