How to map a single key to trigger different shortcuts on press vs. release?

I want to use one specific key (e.g., lalt) to control video speed. The behavior should be:

• When I hold this key down, it triggers Alt + Win + S (to switch to 2x speed).

• When I release this same key, it triggers Alt + Win + A (to return to normal speed).

How can I achieve this "hold for action A, release for action B" on a single key in Kanata?
