Testing Workspace Support in Hatch #98

@juftin Ofek and I are hoping that you could test the branch associated with this PR pypa/hatch#2073 and let us know if there is anything that breaks for hatch-pip-compile as a plugin. These changes enable workspace support and having packages in a workspace installed as editable installs in the environments created by hatch. We just want to ensure there is nothing that would be too large of a breaking change with the Environment Interface changes.
