Dependency tracking in vs-tool 0.9.4 does not always work between lib and html projects. #37
Description
The project dependency tracker does not seem to always pick up proper .cpp file changes in library projects, and subsequently fails to build a .html output file if part of another project. Figure out why VS tracker.exe does not get this info.
