Library toolbar: review filter button too easy to accidentally activate

Description

The ⚠️ (review filter) button in the Library toolbar has a tap target that overlaps or is too close to the ↑↓ sort button. Tapping the sort area frequently activates the review filter instead, showing the "No books need review" empty state unexpectedly.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Library tab with books populated
2. Attempt to tap the sort (↑↓) button in the toolbar
3. The review filter (⚠️) activates instead

Expected Behavior

• Sort menu should open
• Review filter should only activate with deliberate tap on the ⚠️ icon

Suggested Fix

• Increase spacing between toolbar buttons
• Or move the review filter to a different location (e.g., inside the sort menu as a toggle)
• Consider adding minimum tap target sizes (44pt per HIG)
