cannot make releases

I'm getting a 500 Server Error whenever I try to make a release and publish to the marketplace.

Still need to release v1.0.8 and v1.1.0.

Thanks for the new version v1.1.0, @cjdoris! I don't know much about releasing GitHub Actions, but maybe this helps: I just tried to use v1.1.0 and it works perfectly fine by explicitly specifying @v1.1.0. However, the tag @v1 still points to v1.0.7. Would be nice if this one could be updated to v1.1.0. It would also be nice to have a tag v1.1 that points to v1.1.0.

I have fixed up the tags so @v1 etc are up to date.
