token expiration #15
Description
when vcv and some vaults running in dev mode, we're using the 'root' token to access to the vault. it is working correctly.
BUT, when using a handmade crafted token, the token have an expiration date. when this expiration date has passed, the token can't renew automatically and the vault connection is lost.
we need to find a new and proper way to use and refresh the token created by an administrator in vault, to be used by vcv
