Document HTTP API #142
Description
API for listing/getting exporter, listing/getting/creating/updating/deleting lease is exposed over HTTP with grpc gateway, but not yet documented, the current openapi v2 generator from the grpc gateway project generates broken definitions (grpc-ecosystem/grpc-gateway#1486) , so wait for the v3 work to finish and see if there would be any improvement: grpc-ecosystem/grpc-gateway#5627
