Overview description
It would be great if I can create a plugin, simple (current behaviour) or much more powerful, with a OOP based boilerplate: https://github.com/DevinVinson/WordPress-Plugin-Boilerplate. This is not that official but as you can see, it us mostly used.
Your environment (NetBeans and plugin version, e.t.c.)
NetBeans 8.2, WordPress Plugin 0.9.5.
