Implement `@AfterSuite` annotation in JUnit Jupiter

JUnit 5’s lifecycle is per class, so @AfterAll is naturally called once per class.

But usually for regression test suites we have lot's of test classes (so opening and closing browser lot's of the times is very time consuming).

There’s no native @AfterSuite (could be very useful to have such annotation that will work only after all test classes at suite were executed)

We do actually have an @AfterSuite annotation.

Note, however, that that annotation is part of the @Suite test engine, and thus not a part of JUnit Jupiter.

If you want to implement something similar using only Jupiter APIs, you could implement an Extension that stores an AutoCloseable resource in the root ExtensionContext.Store, and that resource would be closed when the Jupiter test engine completes execution of all tests and test classes.
