I would like an airport elevation feature to be added so that flight trajectories can be accurately generated for high altitude airports

Solutions I've tried

I have tried manually shifting the altitude df upwards but that yields inaccurate results for early and late phases of flight, making fuel burn calculations inaccurate

Solution I'm proposing

An airport elevation parameter to be added; and both departure and arrival in the fgen.complete() method.
