Can we create a new release for this repo

We recently submitted some fixes on this repo - #141, #143 and wanted a new release to be created for the fixes to be incorporated in. What is the process here? I did find the jupyter_releaser guide here - https://jupyter-releaser.readthedocs.io/en/latest/get_started/making_release_from_repo.html#making-your-first-release-from-repo, but I do not have the required "Admin write access to the target repository". Can someone who has the required permissions take a look at this?

@kevin-bates Since you helped with merging the PR, can you help create the release as well. Let me know what I can do on my end to help with the process.

It looks like the releaser workflows were not used before here, it might be that the releases were made manually.
