Draft GitHub Release not created

Description

The releaser does not seem to be creating the draft GitHub release anymore after running the Step 1. Prep Release workflow.

Reproduce

This run from 5 days ago worked fine: https://github.com/jupyterlite/pyodide-kernel/actions/runs/14890505368/job/41821144052

This run from today outputs a different URL starting with http://127.0.0.1:8000 : https://github.com/jupyterlite/pyodide-kernel/actions/runs/14966362718/job/42037115007

Expected behavior

The draft release should be created as expected.

The logs for the newer run show an extra:

Not sure why dry_run would be enabled in that case 🤔 Especially since the logs have the following:

This appears to be an issue with the new click==8.2.0 released 2 days go:

Adding an explicit:

     pip install "click<8.2.0"

Seems to be helping: https://github.com/jupyterlite/pyodide-kernel/actions/runs/14967419363/job/42040414991

No idea if it's intentional, or if this will be fixed in a future patch release of click. In the meantime maybe we can just pin on click<8.2.0 in the release as a hot fix and make a new release, to unblock all repos using the releaser.
