Open JupyterLab through Jupyverse got UnicodeDecodeError

Description

I just fresh installed Jupyverse using command written in here using conda.
After installation, I run command jupyverse on PowerShell in Windows Terminal, access to server by clicking the URL after [jupyverse_api.main] url= and I got UnicodeDecodeError on the Windows Terminal and nothing shows in my browser.
My default browser is Microsoft Edge and the version is 142.0.3595.53 (Official Build) (64bit)

Reproduce

1. Install Jupyverse using command written in here on conda-forge through conda.
2. Run jupyverse on PowerShell in Windows Terminal
3. Access server by clicking URL next to [jupyverse_api.main] url= on PowerShell (At this point, web browser is Microsoft Edge 142.0.3595.53 (Official Build) (64bit))
4. See error UnicodeDecodeError
