Hide columns

Is there a way to hide column in DataGrid. I have to include these additional columns because i am using them to do conditional formatting. I don't want them in display. Is there a possibility to hide them.

I'm wondering that how does this feature goes on.

There is a PR about it, however, it is not merged since 2024/05.
