How to add C++ kernel from source(without conda environment) using Jupyterhub.

Hi,
I am new to jupyter, and i setup jupyterhub environment, i am planning to run xwidgets, i am trying to setup c++ kernel..
Please guide me, how could i setup C++ kernel from source(without conda environment) using Jupyterhub.
