Очень хочу такую у меня из за этого Spyder не работает.

Very good!

Next, the pyzmq library was a hurdle previously. But now there's a wonderful new version where everything works.
pip install pyzmq
pip install tornado
pip install platformdirs
Very good!

All that's left to do is fix it:
pip install jupyter-core
pip install jupyter-client
pip install spyder-kernels
