[Feature Request] Bookmarks for notebooks on the dashboard

Issue: navigating through different folders during my workflow take time to load from the dashboards.

Request: customizable bookmarks on the main dashboard page.

Perhaps a collapsible "bookmark bar" that folds away when no bookmarks are active (think Chrome bookmark bar). Then allow users to "star" notebooks that generate shortcut buttons in the bookmark bar. This aggregates the most important notebooks in one place without needing to traverse the directory tree and wait for pages to load.
