Bash completion

Bash-completion is missing, i.e. when pressing tab in a console with jupyter -- I expect the --help, --version, ..., to appear. Writing a bash-completion file for the project should fix it.

There's a starting point in IPython 3.x, before we split Jupyter out into separate packages:

To enable bash completion, I first ran which jupyter which for me gave ~/anaconda3/bin/jupyter
I then cd to that folder: cd ~/anaconda3/bin/
Then downloaded the bash completion script wget https://raw.githubusercontent.com/jupyter/jupyter_core/master/examples/jupyter-completion.bash
Then added ran nano ~/.bashrc and appended a line which sources the script
source ~/anaconda3/bin/jupyter-completion.bash
Closed the terminal and opened a new one and then success!

It would be pretty cool if bash completion is automatically added when you install jupyter!
