I am having this problem when Jupyter tries to read this .mp4. GPT says that it interprets it as text. Is there any way to solve this?

Thanks for opening this issue @PoLTheToWeR! This behavior is expected as the currently released versions of JupyterLab and Jupyter Notebook do not support rendering audio and video files. This is soon to change, as the next minor release of JupyterLab will include jupyterlab/jupyterlab#17636 with support for this functionality.

While I can't specify any timeframe with certainty, it's likely to be out in the next few months at the earliest. The release plan is currently being tracked in jupyterlab/jupyterlab#17449. The milestone also includes more items: https://github.com/jupyterlab/jupyterlab/milestone/82.
