Unclear information in Step 2 of admin deployer section

In this section it is not clear what this Note means "This feature is available when viewing a data source in read mode."
Also, here and elsewhere in the Documentation, it is not clear why version 2.0 of the Open mHealth schema step-count is referenced, considering that there is a more recent version 3.0, which instructs to use an IEEE schema: this is the case with other schemas marked as deprecated, so it is a situation to be addressed and documented.
Finally, "blood_oxygen" should not be used "oxygen_saturation" is the appropriate term.
