Declare unit for all dashboards

- For CPU, I think we should use "SI short" when its available in Grafana 11, as we get `m` to show milli, making 0.010 become `10m` for example.
- For Memory, we are good already in current dashboards having declared `bytes`
- I know we haven't declare unites for various dashboards since there are lint warnings.
