Default to talking to rserver via unix socket when possible

In #159, we now allow admins to opt-in to talking to rstudio via a unix socket when it supports it.

However, there's no reason to not turn that into the default when available. Since this functionality is very new in rstudio, let's wait for say 3-4 months, and then turn that on by default!
